New Orleans 3rd Annual Seafood Festival Returns September 25 - 27
Free Festival to benefit the Louisiana Hospitality Foundation
NEW ORLEANS – Jun 11, 2009 – The New Orleans Seafood Festival will take place Friday, September 25 through Sunday, September 27, 2009, on Harrah’s Fulton Square across from Harrah’s Hotel & Casino in downtown New Orleans. All proceeds for this event will benefit the Louisiana Hospitality Foundation.The festival will feature live music and cuisine from many famed, local restaurants. Those scheduled to attend include ACME Oyster House, Arnaud’s, Café Giovanni, Carnival Brands (Pigeon Catering), Carondelet Café, Drago’s Seafood Restaurant, Ernst Café, Galatoire’s Restaurant, Mr. B’s, Mr. Mudbug/King Creole, Pontchartrain Point Café and many more.
The festival is free and open to the public. Times are as follows:
Friday, September 25: 4 p.m. – 9 p.m.
Saturday, September 26: 11 a.m. – 9 p.m.
Sunday, September 27: 11 a.m. – 5 p.m.
The Louisiana Hospitality Foundation is a non-profit organization whose mission is to offer greater access to culinary education and arts, while providing support for the health and social welfare of children across the state.
